Audio Post Production 101 is a hands-on, immersive course designed to equip students with the practical skills and real-world experience required to thrive in the global film and media industry. From the intricacies of ADR (Additional Dialogue Replacement) and Foley to advanced Sound Design, Game Audio, and Stereo TV mixing, this course covers the full spectrum of post-production techniques. Students will also learn how to create their own custom Kontakt plugins and navigate industry-standard delivery compliances.

AP 101

Beginner Audio Post Production Course

This comprehensive Audio Post Production course is designed to equip students with real-world skills required in today’s global media landscape. Beginning with critical listening and analysis of film sound, students are introduced to studio workflows, industry roles, file formats, and surround sound standards. The course then progresses into hands-on training with ADR recording and editing, microphone techniques, hard sound effects, and ambient sound creation. Students explore the art of Foley and creative sound design, eventually developing their own custom sound effects libraries—both through outdoor recording and using tools like Kontakt Player to build sound plugins. Advanced modules cover audio post-production for virtual reality and gaming content, as well as techniques for session building, stem management, final delivery, and compliance. The course concludes with a final project that ties together all skills in a professional-grade audio post production assignment.

What it covers

The fees covers the PDF course materials, studio usage and equipment to be used for Assignments with prior Bookings made with the Studio Manager till the time of the duration of the course. Voice Over / ADR Actors fees (needed for Assignments) will also be covered in this fees.
